Please note that Saphir Palace does not accept non-married couples. All couples must provide a valid marriage certificate upon check-in.

The guest name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the credit card used to make the booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented at the time of check in.

Your deposit will be charged to the credit card provided by “e-rev UK Ltd” who act on behalf of the hotel will appear on your bank statement as “e-rev ltd”.

Please note that for hygiene and security reasons, it is mandatory to wear appropriate swimwear (this includes: for women bikini or one piece swimsuit, for men: boxer shorts or swimming trunks). Any other garment, such as tee-shirt, long dress, burkini or long pants are not allowed.

As per our hotel standards, appropriate clothing is mandatory in all of our restaurants. For breakfast service: appropriate clothing includes swimming shorts for men and pareos or beach dresses for women. Any other garment, including bare-chested, bathing suits or bathrobes is not allowed. For dinner service, smart casual attire is mandatory. This includes formal wear, business casual or smart casual. Short trousers, bathing suits and bathrobes are not allowed. It is strictly forbidden to bring into the hotel all kinds of drinks (soft & alcoholic) and food.

The hotel has points of sale, bar, restaurant, barbecue, room service, restaurant THE BEACH where they can be served.

Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Extra guests will be charged separately.
