The fine print
Face, bath and pool towels are provided and changed twice weekly. All bed linen are also changed twice weekly, except duvet covers which are changed every 7 days.
Standard check-in time is 15:00 hrs and standard check-out time is 11:00 hrs. These times can be flexible subject to availability of the villa. Additional fees or arrangements can be made for early arrival or late departures. Please contact the property directly for more details. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
The use of the villa is for registered guests only and has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
Please note that reservations from groups of guests under the age of 21 years are not accepted.

A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. That's about 299.38USD. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
