Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The card holder's name needs to correspond to the name stated in the guest's ID. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required.

Reception and accommodations of guests at the hotel from August 1 is carried out in the presence of one of the documents:
- Certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 (in electronic or paper form), or with one vaccine component made, or
- A negative PCR test received no earlier than 3 days before check-in, and voluntary consent to be vaccinated within 3 days of stay, or
- A medical document about a medical withdrawal for health reasons and with a negative PCR test, received no earlier than 3 days before check-in, or
- A medical document or a certificate of a transferred illness from a personal account on State Services (in electronic or paper form), if no more than 6 months have passed since the day of recovery.
Children (from 15 to 17 years old) need only a negative PCR test.
In the absence of the above documents, guests will not be accommodated.

Please note that Ropeway Krasnaya Polyana (K-1) will be closed for routine maintenance from 11/8/2021 to 12/01/2021. During this period hotel guests will be able to use the Resort's transfer free of charge.
